Summer Engineering with Infento Registration Instructions

Step 1: Learn About Camp

Explore our camp descriptions to see which week(s) best fit your child’s interests. Each session blends hands-on engineering with creativity, collaboration, and outdoor time—designed for kids who love to build, design, and innovate.

The Infento catalog of builds is extensive and provides many options for crafting a summer of new and interesting options. 

  • Weeks 1 & 2: Intro to Infento with Entry Level builds. Includes different builds in each week.

  • Weeks 3 to 8: Intro to Infento group and Experienced Infento groups. Assignment done by staff based on previous enrollment. 

  • Week 9: Advanced Infento builds groups. This is exclusively advanced motorized builds and customizations. Requires attendance in Intro and Experienced weeks. 

Step 2: Create your Profile

Kalexedy uses OurSchoolHangout for registration, messaging, billing, and record keeping. This can be accessed online at kalexedy.ourschoolhangout.com or by downloading the app. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

  1. Register using the information of the adult primarily managing the account.

  2. Complete a student profile for each child you want associated with your account. 

  3. Add additional adult profiles for those that may do pickups, want to share pictures from activities, or stay in the know on events. 

  4. Follow instructions to Register on the App, Register from a Computer, or text 774-522-8222 and staff will assist with the signup. 

Step 3: Register for Camp on the App (or on a Computer)

From the app: 

  1. In the menu at the bottom of the screen, select the "Highlights" icon. 

  2. Scroll down the screen to the "Available for Signup" section.

  3. Click on the green "Sign Up" button under Summer Camp 2026. 

    1. This will open up a list of all camp weeks available for sign-up.

    2. As weeks fill they will be available for Waitlist signup only.

  4. Click the green "Sign Up" button for the week you want (you can add additional weeks before checkout).

    1. Scroll to the bottom of the screen where you will be able to select which students you want to sign-up for that particular week. ​

    2. You will also be asked to identify a t-shirt size and provide the name of another student they would like to be in their group at camp (preference not guaranteed).

    3. Read and Sign the Terms and Conditions then select the blue "Next" button.

  5. The system will automatically enroll you in our payment plan. You will get a reminder on the first of the month, February to May, to make your payment. At any time, you may login and choose to pay off your balance. Camp must be paid off by May 15th or you risk losing your place. 

  6. If you wish to add more weeks, click the "Add More to Cart" button. If you are done, you can now checkout. 

    1. If you have a coupon code, you may add it now. ("EarlyBirdSummer" for a limited time!)

    2. You may then pay with credit card or bank account. There are no fees if you use bank account/eCheck/ACH to pay. ​​

    3. Payment account details are encrypted and NOT available to staff or system administrators. The ability to save account info is for your convenience, at your discretion. 

  7. Once you have checked out, you will see a Success message listing the weeks/students enrolled. 

Step 3: Register for Camp on a Computer

From the Computer: 

  • Click on "Welcome" in the upper right of the screen. 

  • Find the "Available for Signup" section and click the hyperlinked "Summer Camp 2026".​

    • As weeks fill they will be available for Waitlist signup only.

    • This will open up a list of all camp weeks available for sign-up.​

  • Click the "Sign Up" button for a week you want (you will have the opportunity to add more weeks).

    • Scroll to the bottom of the screen where you will be able to select which students you want to sign-up for that particular week. ​

    • Select "Next" button.

    • First T&Cs is a parent Safety Notification.​

    • Second T&Cs is full Terms and Conditions.

Step 4: Prepare for Camp

You will get an email with listing the weeks/students enrolled, selected t-shirt size, and any group friend requests.

Remember that each student will need to have a well fitting helmet and close toed shoes to facilitate safe riding. 

​
