Schedule a Tour or Attend an Open House: We’d love to show you around our campus! Come see firsthand how our in-person model brings learning to life. Contact us to schedule your visit.

Family Interview: We believe in finding the best match between your child and Kalexedy. Once you believe this is the right choice, we’ll invite you and your child to an informal interview where we can discuss their interests, learning style, and educational goals. Alternatively, your child can participate in a visit week to get a better understanding of fit.

Submit Your Application: Once you’re ready, complete our easy-to-use application form online. (We also encourage everyone to complete our Application for Assistance.) We’ll ask for basic information about your child, along with any academic records or special learning needs.​​​

Admission Decision: After reviewing your application and interview, we’ll notify you of our decision. If accepted, you’ll receive enrollment instructions to begin your journey at Kalexedy.

More Consistent Operating Hours: Understanding the benefits to learning that consistency brings, our 2024-2025 Calendar has 31 weeks where attendance is possible all 5 days of the week. We also don't have planned half-days.

We understand that every family’s financial situation is different. Kalexedy offers flexible payment plans and tuition assistance to help make our educational experience more affordable. We are committed to doing everything we can to put attendance within reach of families. Everyone is encouraged to complete our Application for Assistance. To respect your privacy, we ask very limited personal financial information, striving to ask just what is necessary.

Flexible attendance model allows families to select from 2, 3, 4, or 5 days a week

We offer a 10-month payment plan for all enrollment options

Tuition is prorated based on student start date​

10% discount for 2nd student; 20% discount additional students from the same household

Single tuition payment discount of ten percent when paying full year by Aug 15th

Early (by May 1st) or Returning Family discount of 5%
